Description: Commercial Real Estate Clearance of weeds, grass, debris and vegetation around factory grounds.

The Brief:

This commercial site had some overgrown areas. The perimeter of the grounds had become overgrown with tree saplings, weeds, butterfly bushes, grasses and brambles. This site also had some Invasive butterfly bushes growing through the ground and fences. Some of the ground was covered by grass, weeds and moss.The client contacted Karl directly to arrange a quote.

What we did:

Phase One:
Karl and his team did a litter pick, filling a skip that was onsite, then clearing the area of weeds, grass, vegetation, bushes and tree saplings.

Phase Two:
The team returned to have another day onsite, clearing any remaining debris, vegetation and a site tidy up before hand back to the client.
