Description: Commercial Real Estate Clearance of weeds, grass, debris and vegetation around factory, warehouses, car parks and land.

The Brief:

This commercial site had some overgrown areas. The perimeter of the grounds had become overgrown with tree saplings, weeds, butterfly bushes, grasses and brambles.This site also had some Invasive butterfly bushes growing through the ground and fence boundaries. Some of the ground was covered by brambles, grass, weeds and moss.The client contacted Karl directly to arrange this project.

What we did:

Phase One:
Karl and his team did a litter pick, filling a skip that was on site, then clearing the area of butterfly bushes, brambles, weeds, grass, vegetation, bushes and many tree saplings.

Phase Two:
The team returned to have another day onsite, clearing any remaining tree saplings, debris, vegetation and a site tidy up before hand back to the client.
